Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering with, or using the cx baji platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and cx baji.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the cx baji platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered account holders who have not yet made a deposit, and active players who place bets or wagers. Access to specific features of the platform — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and live betting markets — is conditional upon your continued compliance with these terms.

cx baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change materially affects player rights or obligations, cx baji will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the cx baji platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your account by contacting support at [email protected]. These terms are written in English and the English-language version shall be the authoritative version in all circumstances.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

cx baji is an 18+ platform. No person under the age of 18 years is permitted to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or access any game or betting market available on cx baji under any circumstances.

To be eligible to use the cx baji platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of cx baji or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
• You must be acting as a private individual on your own behalf and not as a representative, agent, or trustee of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement — whether initiated by you via cx baji's responsible gaming tools or imposed by cx baji as a result of account review — that is currently in effect.
• You must have provided accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.

cx baji employs age verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All players are required to submit valid identity documentation — including a government-issued national ID, passport, or birth certificate — prior to processing any withdrawal request. cx baji reserves the right to request identity documentation at any point during a player's use of the platform and to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

Where cx baji identifies or reasonably suspects that an account has been registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended. All deposits made to that account will be refunded to the originating payment method where technically possible, and any winnings accrued will be forfeited in their entirety. cx baji cooperates fully with any regulatory or law enforcement inquiry related to underage gambling.

Section 3

Account Registration and Management

Each individual is entitled to hold exactly one cx baji account. Registration constitutes a binding agreement between the player and cx baji, and the information provided at registration forms the basis of all subsequent identity verification and financial transaction processing.

When registering a cx baji account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in your own name. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or any fictitious identity detail during registration. Providing false information at the point of registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of account balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cx baji account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. cx baji will never contact you via email, SMS, or any other channel to request your account password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from cx baji that requests your password or full payment details, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

cx baji reserves the right to carry out periodic account reviews and to request updated or additional documentation to confirm a player's identity, residential address, source of funds, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restriction of account functionality, including the suspension of withdrawals, until the review is satisfactorily completed.

• One account per person: Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cx baji will merge or close them at its sole discretion.
• Account transfer: Your cx baji account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party.
• Account closure: You may request the closure of your cx baji account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered BDT payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
• Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. cx baji will contact the registered email address before applying any dormancy-related account restrictions.
• Suspended accounts: cx baji reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

cx baji supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of locally preferred payment methods. All financial transactions are subject to the limits, processing times, and verification requirements set out in this section.

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the cx baji platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be added from time to time; the current list of supported methods is displayed at the point of deposit within your cx baji account dashboard. cx baji does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges independently.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit applied by cx baji at the platform level, though individual payment method providers may impose their own per-transaction limits. Deposit transactions are typically credited to your cx baji wallet within seconds for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, and within one to three business hours for bank transfer methods.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with cx baji's anti-money laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed the KYC documentation process will have withdrawal requests held pending until satisfactory documentation is provided. cx baji aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; actual transfer times to your payment method wallet or bank account are subject to the processing times of the relevant provider.

• BDT only: All cx baji account balances are denominated in BDT. cx baji does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrencies.
• Source of funds: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and will be returned.
• Failed transactions: If a deposit transaction fails to credit to your cx baji account within the expected timeframe, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
• Withdrawal restrictions: cx baji reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where the account is subject to an active bonus wagering requirement, an ongoing KYC review, or a fraud investigation.
• Chargeback policy: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider in respect of a cx baji deposit, without first contacting cx baji support to attempt resolution, constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the immediate suspension of the relevant account.

Section 5

Bonus and Promotions Policy

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by cx baji are subject to specific terms and conditions that apply in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Bonus terms are published alongside each offer at the time it is made available.

Unless a specific bonus offer states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all cx baji promotional incentives. Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash balance. The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the offer; bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.

cx baji reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice where there is evidence that the offer is being exploited, abused, or used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing low-risk, mathematically balanced wagers solely to satisfy wagering requirements; using multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion; and exploiting technical errors or platform glitches to obtain bonus credits not intended by the offer terms.

• Eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available to new cx baji accounts making their first qualifying deposit. Reload and loyalty promotions are available to existing accounts as specified in each offer.
• Maximum bonus bet: While an active bonus wagering requirement is outstanding, the maximum permitted single bet or wager is ৳500 or 10% of the bonus amount (whichever is lower), unless the specific offer states a higher limit.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual offer terms.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount withdrawable as a result of winnings generated from bonus funds is capped at 5x the original bonus amount.
• Promotional codes: Bonus codes must be entered at the point of deposit. cx baji cannot retrospectively apply a bonus code to a deposit that has already been processed without the code.

Section 6

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of cx baji, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, and in a manner that does not compromise the integrity of the platform or the experience of other players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cx baji platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of account balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of account registration, KYC verification, or financial transaction processing.
• Match fixing and sports integrity violations: Placing bets on any sporting event in which you have insider knowledge of a predetermined or manipulated outcome, or in which you are a direct participant with the ability to influence the result.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market offered on the cx baji platform.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automation tools, artificial intelligence agents, or any other software to interact with the cx baji platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Money laundering: Using the cx baji platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds through gaming transactions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes in respect of legitimate cx baji transactions.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, display faults, or pricing anomalies in the platform. Any winnings generated as a result of an identifiable technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Harassment: Using any communication channel associated with cx baji — including support channels — to threaten, abuse, harass, or discriminate against cx baji staff or other platform users.

cx baji employs continuous fraud detection and monitoring systems. Where the platform's systems identify patterns of activity consistent with any of the prohibited conduct listed above, cx baji reserves the right to place a hold on the account and associated funds pending investigation, without prior notice to the account holder. The outcome of any such investigation is at the sole discretion of cx baji's compliance team.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and technology comprising the cx baji platform are protected by applicable intellectual property law. No part of the platform may be reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of cx baji.

The cx baji name, logo, platform design, user interface, written content, game assets, software code, data structures, and all other original materials available on or through cx-baji.com are the exclusive intellectual property of cx baji or are used by cx baji under licence from their respective owners. All rights are expressly reserved.

Game content available on the cx baji platform — including slot titles, live casino streams, and crash games — is provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi under licensing arrangements between those studios and cx baji. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective developers. cx baji does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cx baji platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or mirror any part of the platform; reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any cx baji software; create derivative works based on cx baji content; or use cx baji trademarks or branding in any context without explicit written authorisation.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

cx baji provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access to all platform features at all times. The following limitations of liability apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

cx baji shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from: your use of or inability to use the cx baji platform; any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform availability, including scheduled or emergency maintenance; any error, omission, or inaccuracy in game outcomes, odds displays, or account balance calculations resulting from a technical fault; any loss of data associated with your cx baji account; or any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Where cx baji's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, cx baji's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made to your cx baji account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cx baji makes no warranty or representation regarding the suitability of any particular game, betting market, or promotional offer for any individual player's financial circumstances, risk tolerance, or entertainment objectives. Gambling involves risk, and cx baji cannot and does not guarantee any particular outcome for any bet, wager, or gaming session.
